Chimere Cissé is a Global Communications & Media Strategist with over 10 years' experience in the industry, having held senior PR positions at Burberry, Harper's Bazaar and ELLE Magazines and consulting to organisations including the United Nation's Ethical Fashion Initiative. During her time at boutique creative agency Unsigned, she developed partnership opportunities between celebrities and brands, establishing a digital influencer division at the start of the social explosion; liaising with high-profile groups like Net-a-Porter, British Fashion Council, and Bill and Melinda Gates' Global Fund; and securing supermodel client Helena Christensen the first female cover of Men's Health. She has managed PR for large format events from Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards to curating panel discussions alongside trend forecasting groups from Future Laboratory and WGSN to Pinterest. Chimere regularly gives interviews on the PR and media industry and has been featured in publications including The Business of Fashion, Refinery 29 and ELLE Korea; and is a judge and mentor at Graduate Fashion Week.
